Through pro-bono tuition programs, it supports needy youths in excelling academically and finding purpose in their lives. Older teenagers are engaged as mentors, providing tuition to primary school children from financially challenged backgrounds, fostering a cycle of learning and community support.

Mr. Loke, a dedicated volunteer at The Youth Collective, played a pivotal role in training these youth teachers in 2021 and 2022.
